I’ve walked through betrayal, burnout, and more “bless-your-heart” moments than any one woman should have to survive. I’ve faced down courtrooms, chaos, and the kind of heartbreak that makes you question everything.
But here’s the good news: God never wastes a mess. He used mine to build a message.
That’s why I created BLESS It: From Hot Mess to Hallelujah — a faith-fueled blend of therapy, coaching, and consulting designed to help women heal, laugh again, and rediscover who they are in Christ.

My Philosophy
GRACE OVER PERFECTION
Life isn’t about pretending we have it all together—it’s about trusting the One who holds it all together. I believe healing doesn’t have to take forever, and growth doesn’t have to feel heavy. You can laugh, cry, pray, and rise all in the same day—and still call it progress.
As a Christian life coach and trauma survivor, I help women trade guilt for grace, burnout for boundaries, and chaos for calling. I don’t believe in quick fixes or spiritual fluff. I believe in Jesus, real conversations, and practical steps that move you forward.

With nearly 30 years of experience in counseling, coaching, and mentoring, I bring a Christ-centered approach to helping women, teens, and families navigate life’s challenges with clarity, courage, and compassion.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and have spent decades walking alongside individuals through seasons of transition, trauma, and transformation. My passion is guiding others to discover their God-given identity, heal from the inside out, and move forward with purpose and peace.
